We are a boutique real estate investment company offering a limited number of boutique rental units.

All our properties are in a safe and secure condo setting in a desirable area. Our rents are all inclusive and all our units are newly renovated with open concept living and beautifully appointed with modern finishes, upgraded flooring, stone counters, stainless steel appliances, air conditioning and dishwashers.

Our goal is to make the process of renting easy, and with our extensive background in third party collections and credit reports we can do that. We will take the time to get to know you and understand your needs to the point where in most cases…we won't even need to run a credit report. 

We have found our units appeal to tenants who appreciate luxury accommodations and to tenants who are looking for longer term rental opportunities.
